House on three floors, the eighteenth century, restored in 2006.

On the ground flour there is the kitchen, equipped for 15 people. It has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, a refrigerator, microwave, coffe maker, toaster, blender ect…On the same floor there is a bathroom with sink and toilet. The boiler room is under the stairs.

First floor

Common area. On the left we have two double bed rooms, one with 150 cm bed and one with beds of 90cm. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

Opposite the stairs there are two double bedrooms: one with double bed 150 and another 135 cm, they share a bathroom with shower.

One the right there is the Ansumendi room that is wide and comfortable. It has own bathroom with shower and a sofa bed.

Second Floor

On the left there is the living Itxasondo, with hardwood ceiling, some of the beans of the first construction. It has sofas, TV, table and small kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink and kitchen cupboards. It has also a bathroom with shower.

On the right, there is a wide bedroom for four people, named Mandabita. This room has two 150 cm beds, small kitchen with cupboards. It has also a bathroom with shower.
